place 8 recycling centers or other related to bonus resources in a square
exept the middle cause that one belongs to a resource building (oilwells , lumbermills , oremines)
place 16 beerhalls or exterminators may also be windfarms if the deals during to long for you
place the bonusdecorations around the 8 other bonusdecorations
and crew them
you might want to permanentely crew them saved requests but it will cost you

if you do it all right you will have a total bonus ascending upto 360 %

by the way how many Empirepoints does it cost ?

160 for all 20% bonus (small area) decorations related
400 for all 12/10 % bonus (large area) related
and 650 for if you want to permanentely crew them

that's in total
1210 EP in total a bit more then a Tier 9 Unit wich you cannot afford the risk of losing it

but i'm not telling you to buy things
don't buy if you don't want to

just buy 12 switching centers and place them like thoose in that screenshot below
you can settle down and do it all by requests and 192 % resource (crewed)
that makes for oil an ammount of 1971 exacly my year of birth
